Earlier this month, VISIT ******* hosted eight travel agents on the Spring 2019 Canada Travel Trade FAM. Beginning in one of *******’s largest gateways, the group flew direct from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale and explored the beautiful destination of Greater Fort Lauderdale, which included hotel site visits, airboat rides and riverboat cruises. The group then traveled a short way north to The Treasure Coast. This coastal and easily accessible destination is located on the southeastern coast of ******* and is comprised of three counties: Martin County, St. Lucie County and Indian River County. While in the Treasure Coast, the group enjoyed waterfront dining, hotel site visits and paddle boarding.

In the fall, VISIT ******* will host its next Canada Travel Trade FAM. To qualify for this FAM, agents must complete VISIT *******’s new online learning program, ******* Travel Pro. This e-learning platform is designed to help travel professionals nationwide discover the best the state has to offer and sell ******* like a pro. *NOTE: Once you complete the program, please email Summer Gonzalez (sgonzalez@visitflorida.org) to express your interest in participating in this FAM.
