Toronto ****** are asking anyone with information about Solomon’s whereabouts to contact *** immediately.
In response to numerous complaints from consumers who received unauthorized charges on their credit cards, TICO conducted an ************* and, to date, has laid a total of 18 charges against Solomon for operating as a travel agent without registration. TICO’s charges relate to Solomon’s activities after the registration of Blue Mountain Travel in Toronto was terminated in July 2015.
In October 2015, following TICO’s application to the Superior Court of Justice, an Order to Cease and Desist prohibiting Ms. Solomon from selling travel services without registration was issued.
According to Toronto ******, “it is alleged that the current owner of Blue Mountain Travel sold travel services that were only partially provided, if at all. She used customers’ credit cards to purchase legitimate travel services for people unknown to the credit-card holder.”

She had also been arrested on April 8, 2016, and charged with offences unrelated to her ownership of Blue Mountain Travel, including fraud and two counts of making a false statement to procure money.
In addition to the charges previously laid in the Blue Mountain *************, she is now wanted for additional fraud charges and counts of fail to comply recognizance.
She is also wanted under a surety warrant.
On Oct. 13, 2016, members of York Regional ****** attempted to ****** her in the Bathurst Street and Steeles Avenue West area in Vaughan. She fled the scene, driving
