TORONTO — After a two-hour power shortage at Toronto’s Pearson airport this morning, travellers are being encouraged to double check their flight plans today.
According to the CBC, self check-in computers went down at Terminal 1 at around 4 a.m. and were not operating for at least a couple of hours, creating a backlog at check-in counters. Just before 6:30 a.m., airport officials tweeted that power had been fully restored but recommended that passengers still check their flight status with their *******.
An ********** representative told CBC News that passengers should expect delays at Canada’s largest airport today.
