LEDUC, Alta. — Mounties have arrested a man who climbed a fence to get onto the airfield at Edmonton International Airport.

****** say they got a report that a lone man climbed the fence at the southwest side of the airfield Thursday afternoon.

The man left the area by going under the fence on the south side of the airfield shortly afterward.

RCMP, with the help of ****** dogs,took the man into custody.

****** say no one was ******* and there was no effect on flights and passengers at the airport, located about 30 kilometres south of Edmonton.
