JFK ************* photographers donate collections to Dallas museum

DALLAS – Two photographers who covered the ************* of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963, have donated collections to The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza.

The Dallas museum chronicle’s the life and ***** of Kennedy. It announced the donations Wednesday. The 51st anniversary of the ************* is Saturday.

Former Dallas Times Herald photographer Eamon Kennedy donated about 1,200 photographs. They include images from the first couple’s arrival at Dallas Love Field and the trial of Jack Ruby, who ****** ******** Lee Harvey Oswald.

Former Fort Worth Press photographer Gene Gordon donated more than 400 images detailing Oswald’s ******* and Kennedy’s visit to Fort Worth the morning of the *************.

Museum executive director Nicola Longford says the images will be cataloged, digitized and added to the permanent collection.
