BERLIN – Authorities have temporarily suspended outgoing flights from Germany’s Cologne-Bonn airport over suspicions that a person entered a secured area without undergoing security screening.
The DPA news agency reported Monday that airport ****** were now looking for the person.
No further details on how the person might have made it past security checks were available, and the airport ****** refused to elaborate.
As a precaution, authorities have shut down departures from the airport in the meantime, including calling back planes that were already on the tarmac.
