********** was also recognized for the *****’s ‘Best Business Class Lounge Dining’, ‘Best ******* Staff in Canada’, ‘Best Business Class in North America and ‘Best ******* Cabin Cleanliness in North America’.

“Our continued success winning these awards shows we have truly transformed ********** into a leading global carrier focused on a superior product offering and customer service excellence,” said Cali Rovinescu, President and Chief Executive Officer of **********. “I commend our 33,000 award-winning employees whose hard work transporting our customers safely and comfortably has awarded us best ******* staff in Canada and is enabling us to compete effectively against some of the largest airlines in the *****.”

The ***** ******* Awards was created in 1999 when Skytrax launched its first global ******* passenger survey. The survey collects travellers’ opinions on 300 airlines over a nine-month period and in 100 countries. Airlines are ranked according to approximately 40 criteria, from check-in and boarding to staff service and seat comfort.

This year’s survey polled over 21 million passengers worldwide.
