Transat now offering the *********** with launch of ****** tours

MONTREAL — Transat is breaking new ground with the launch of its first-ever destination in the ***********: ******.

The tour operator is offering guided tours and packages in ********, Jerusalem and many other attractions in and around ******, beginning mid-June. Clients will have the option between three guided tours that include three- or four-star hotels, experienced guides, air-conditioned coaches and certain meals.

Itineraries include:

  • ‘Bible Land’, available in English only, will showcase the Bible’s holiest sites. Highlights include Cana, where Jesus performed the miracle of wine; Tabgha, the site of the miracle of Loaves and Fishes; and Mount Zion, home of the room where the Last Supper was held. Clients will also swim in the **** Sea.
  • The ‘Wonders of ****** and Jordan’ is available in French only and features Herod’s palace, Caesarea, Petra and other archaeological sites. A few days will also be spent exploring Jerusalem’s holy sites, souks and museums.
  • Also only available in French only, the ‘Wonders of ******’ tour will visit the holiest sites of Judaism, Christianity and *****. Highlights include the Judean Desert, swimming in the **** Sea, and Jerusalem’s Via Dolorosa and ****** of the Holy Sepulchre. The tour will also visit Galilee and ********.

Clients also have the option for more flexible tours. The ‘Discover ******** & Jerusalem’ tour includes roundtrip flights in Economy Class, accommodation in three- or four-star hotels, airport transfers, transportation in a coach, a local guide and seven breakfasts. Travellers will visit the ****** at Tabgha, the ruins of the ********* in Capernaum, the room where the Last Supper was held and the baptismal site of Yardenit. Also included are Jerusalem and the **** Sea. Clients are also able to customize their visit.

In addition, one-week holidays to ******** or Jerusalem will be available soon. These packages will include roundtrip flights in Economy, accommodation in three-, four-, or five-star hotels, airport transfers and seven breakfasts. Travellers will be able to explore the city while staying at the same hotel for the duration of their trip.

To complement these new tours, Air Transat will be offering direct flights from Montreal to ********, becoming the only ******* to offer direct flights from these gateways.
