SOUTHLAKE, TX — Sabre Corporation’s US$154 million acquisition of the Trust Group, pending approval and set for early 2016, will extend Sabre’s position as the *****’s largest central reservations system provider to hotels.

The Trust Group has a global customer base, with a large presence in Europe, ***********, Africa and Asia Pacific. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $40 million of incremental revenue to Sabre in 2016.
